Hamm Kliniken

The Hamm-Kliniken Group consists of a total of four clinics that specialize in oncological rehabilitation and follow-up rehabilitation. The focus of the considerations to develop an app was the goal of offering patients added value in digital form. The app accompanies users through all phases of rehabilitation and provides useful assistance and information.

Hamm Kliniken derived goals for the app from a comprehensive survey of 500 patients. With these goals in mind, an initial one-day kick-off workshop was held with us. Here we discussed all the ideas and worked out in detail how the project could be realized.

First, the development of an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) was prioritized. This minimally functional first iteration of the app was then tested on users and then published. The feedback from patients of the Hamm-Kliniken Group was consistently positive, whereupon the planning and development of further features began.
